Integrated care for high quality and safe use of medicines

We welcome abstract submissions focusing on medication adherence and treatment burden, medication self-management and patient empowerment, medication safety and the use of technology, quality of prescribing and medication monitoring, sustainable use of medicines, interprofessional and transmural pharmaceutical care.
