Second transnational DeMoPhaC Meeting in Norway

In each of 14 different European countries, nurses, pharmacists and physicians were interviewed about nurses' role in interprofessional pharmaceutical care. The goal... to maximize quality of care and related patient outcomes. We learned about differences, yet, also discovered that we share the same challenges.
