At the moment 6204 European health care providers have completed the questionnaire to start building a model for interprofessional pharmaceutical care. Many thanks to our partners and the 4450 nurses, 913 physicians and 841 pharmacists who participated! We are looking forward to analyzing the data and reporting the results and we will keep you informed.
